Truth Capital (Hong Kong) Limited ( “Truth Capital” ) is an asset management company founded in Hong Kong. The company holds Type 4 (Advising on Securities) and Type 9 (Asset Management) regulated activity licenses issued by the Hong Kong Securities and Futures Commission (SFC CE No.: BSH042).
We focus on managing hedge funds, including fixed income funds, equity funds, PE funds, etc. We cover a variety of fundamental and quantitative strategies. The main investment industries include technology, biomedicine, consumption, new energy, high-end manufacturing and other traditional and emerging industries.
The investment and management team of Truth Capital have worked together for more than 10 years, and has an average of more than 15 years of professional investment experience.
The target investors of our investment products are mainly institutional investors, family offices and high-net-worth individuals.

Truth Capital (Hong Kong) Limited has always regarded social responsibility as an important part of its development, which is inseparable from the public welfare practices of its Chairman, Mr. Li Pan.
As the founder of Truth Capital (Hong Kong) Limited, Mr. Li has been committed to contributing to the fund management business in Hong Kong. In addition, he serves as Vice Chairman of the Hong Kong Youth Symphonic Orchestra Charity, which provides free professional orchestral training as well as diverse performance and exchange opportunities for grassroots youth in Hong Kong. As the Executive Deputy Secretary-General of the Hua Jing Society, Mr. Li coordinates and promotes the cooperation between the Hua Jing Society and the Hong Kong Youth Symphonic Orchestra Charity, and has successfully organized a series of activities to unite Hong Kong youth. He also holds positions as Vice Chairman of the Hong Kong Hebei Friendship Association, Executive Vice Chairman and Secretary-General of the Hong Kong Heibei Trade and Business Association, and Executive Vice Chairman of the Hong Kong Guangxi Chongzuo City Friendship Association. Through these roles, he contributes to uniting fellow townsmen in Hong Kong and promoting cultural and commercial exchanges between the two places. In 2024, Mr. Li won the "Outstanding Contribution to Service to Hong Kong Award" in the Ten Outstanding New Hong Kong Young Persons Awards.
