Recently, certain illegal entities or individuals have been fraudulently using the name of our company, Truth Capital (Hong Kong) Limited, to conduct fraudulent activities through channels such as phone calls, social media, and emails. These activities include, but are not limited to:
- Promoting fake wealth management products, luring individuals into fund transfers with the bait of "high returns" to defraud personal funds;
- Falsely claiming that our company has signed a cooperation agreement with "諾依曼咨詢香港有限公司";
- Fabricating false information that our company has collaborated with "西北資管" to develop a wealth management application.
We hereby issue a solemn clarification as follows:
- Our company has never launched any online wealth management platform nor sold any fake wealth management products;
- Our company have no affiliation whatsoever with the aforementioned "諾依曼咨詢香港有限公司" and "西北資管", and have not signed any cooperation contracts or authorized the development of wealth management apps with them;
- Our company holds Type 4 (Advising on Securities) and Type 9 (Asset Management) regulated activity licenses issued by the Hong Kong Securities and Futures Commission (SFC CE No.: BSH042). All our business operations are conducted through legal and transparent channels.
In response to the aforementioned impersonation acts, our company has reserved the right to pursue legal liability and reported the case to the Hong Kong Police Force and mainland public security authorities on December 25, 2024. If you encounter any suspicious situations involving fraud, please report to the local police immediately. Our company will fully cooperate with the relevant authorities in their investigations.
